Emails you send are scrambled
Option 1
Try changing the format of email you are sending from HTML to Plain text. Click on the operating system that you use, to view the instructions.
- Windows 98/Windows ME/Windows 2000 On the Windows taskbar, click on START, then click on PROGRAMS, then click on OUTLOOK EXPRESS. This will open up the Outlook Express program.
In the Outlook Express window, on the Menu bar, click on TOOLS, then click on OPTIONS. This will open up the Options window.
In the Options window, click on the Send tab.
On the Send tab, under Mail Sending Format, select Plain Text.
Click on the OK button.
- Windows XP On the Windows taskbar, click on START, then click on ALL PROGRAMS, then click on OUTLOOK EXPRESS. This will open up the Outlook Express program.
In the Outlook Express window, on the Menu bar, click on TOOLS, then click on OPTIONS. This will open up the Options window.
In the Options window, click on the Send tab.
On the Send tab, under Mail Sending Format, select Plain Text.
