Option 1
Ensure that your Username and Password have been entered correctly and try again.

Option 2
If you are using Netscape, please create a new profile. If you are using Outlook Express, please create a new email account. Click on the operating system that you use, to view the instructions.

- Netscape 7.x

Open Netscape 7.x MAIL & NEWSGROUPS
Click on the EDIT menu and select MAIL & NEWSGROUP ACCOUNT SETTINGS.
Click the ADD ACCOUNT button.
Select EMAIL ACCOUNT and click NEXT.
In the YOUR NAME field, type your name.
In the EMAIL ADDRESS field, type your 05COM email address.
Click NEXT.
Select POP, then type mail.05com.com.au into the INCOMING SERVER field.
In the OUTGOING SERVER field, type mail.05com.com.au
Click NEXT.
Make sure that the USER NAME field has your user name in it and click NEXT.
Make sure that the ACCOUNT NAME is set to your email address and click NEXT.
Double check the summary to make sure the details are correct and click FINISH.

- Outlook Express 6.x

In the Windows taskbar, click on the START button, select All Programs, then click on OUTLOOK / OUTLOOK EXPRESS.
In the Outlook / Outlook Express menu, click on TOOLS, then click on ACCOUNTS. This will open the Internet Accounts window.
In the Internet Accounts window, click on the ADD button, then click on MAIL. This will open the Internet Connection Wizard window.
In the Internet Connection Wizard window, in the Display name box, type in your NAME.
Then click on the NEXT button.
In the Internet E-mail Address screen, in the E-mail address box, type in your EMAIL ADDRESS.
Then click on the NEXT button.
In the E-mail Server Names screen, in the Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server box, type in mail.05com.com.au
In the Outgoing mail (SMTP) server box, type in mail.05com.com.au
Then click on the NEXT button.
In the Internet Mail Logon screen, in the Password box, type in your PASSWORD.
Then click on the NEXT button.
In the Congratulations screen, click on the FINISH button.
