Connection Software

What is my Customer ID?

Your Customer ID is a number you will have received on your 05COM Invoice. This number identifies your account, you will need it when you contact our Accounts Department

What is my Username?

Your Username is a word between 6 and 8 characters in length and is always all lower case.

You use this name to dial-in to the Internet and will also require it when using email. When you open a new account you will be asked for a username.

To check if a username is available please log into the your account page.

When you receive your invoice to confirm that your account has been set-up it will list your username.

Can I change my username?

No, you cannot change your username. .

What is my Password?

You are required to select a Password when setting up a 05COM Internet account. This provides you with a way to keep your account secure.

Your password should be 6-8 characters in length and should contain a combination of numbers and letters.

Your Password does not appear on your invoice for security reasons, therefore, if you have forgotten your Password you will need to contact our Accounts Department on 1300 767 507

When calling Accounts you will need your full name, address and phone number.

You will also need your Customer ID.

Can I change my Password?

No, you can not change your password. The reason why passwords are fixed is that every Affiliated Business we register you with will be linked to our main database with your set User name and Password for the purpose of crediting you with the rebates.
In the future we may make available the password change facility in limited circumstances

How do I check my on line details are correct

On front page of this site go to the UTILITY & LOG IN http://www.05com.com.au select Members log-in
You will be asked for your USERNAME ( usually your registered email) & PASSWORD

( These are you site access codes.)
Once logged in select MEMBERS TOOLS
Go to ONLINE DETAILS
Select CONTACT DETAILS
Verify all details are correct and then UPDATE
We are an online business and as such require up to date email addresses to pass your benefits to you
