We strongly recommend that if you are connecting to our Internet services such as dial up, ADSL or VOIP, that our onsite tech comes to your home to do the following scope of works:-
1, Set up your dialup or ADSL connection
2. Set up your email accounts
3. Shows you how to access your account
4. Check that all cables and connections are installed incorrectly
5. Recommendations on your hardware and software that have been assessed from our diagnostics reports.
6. Clearing up bugs and software that may be slowing your computer down.
This way you can feel confident that your computer is running smoothly and setup correctly.

Why you should use our onsite support
Whilst we do provide On-line support and phone support we do understand that the majority of our customers do not have strong computer or internet skills.
Where a problem can not be fixed, identified or you are having trouble understanding, we strongly recommend that our onsite tech comes directly to your home.
Our onsite techs provide you with a completed check list of works carried out on your computer, as well as recommendation.
We are concerned that in this industry that so called Tech’s do not have the same ethics as we do.
It is in O5Communication best interest that you are set up correctly, as the better your computer and internet is setup then the least amount of phone support is required.
